I hope that you can find it in you to stop and smell the roses. Pass on a smile or just see life for all that it’s worth.

Here’s a tip, when you need a pick me up and your all alone. Smile. Then next time you see someone. Could be anyone, the person taking your order at the coffee shop or the person freaking out in the car behind you or the little old lady in the store. Doesn’t matter who just pass that smile on. One smile can go so very far and make a huge deference in one’s day. Be it yours, his or hers.

Breakfast is THE absolute most important meal of the day. It is what gets your day going. I’m not talking about about rolling out of bread and grabbing a muffin from the pantry. Or on the way out the door you grab a cereal bar and call that breakfast. if there is one meal you ever ate a day make it breakfast. (hopefully this is not the case).

I’m talking about a good healthy breakfast that contains the proper nutrients to replenish and nourish your body. When you sleep, is the time your body takes to really get to work and heals the muscles and bones and tendons from the strenuous activity during the day. Weather you think you had a strenuous day or not you body is recovering from what ever may or may not have come your way.

In the morning your body needs to be replenished with nutrients. Need to feed the body and get it back up and ready for the new adventure that awaits us.

I will have more on this later. What I wanted to do is just show you that breakfast doesn’t take forever to make and is pretty cost effective. For those who say they can’t eat breakfast in the morning for what ever reason… With all due respect I call B.S. it’s easy and can take almost no time. Stay tuned for future posts I will have for you on this.

For now here is a simple breakfast I made this morning. It fed 4 of us easy and my cup was just and added nutritional shake. Not necessary but I personally feel like I have to have every morning.

This consisted of:
4 eggs
4 egg whites
Orange and red mini bell peppers (2 of each)
Dried basil
Olive oil

Chopped up the veggies and ham, threw them in the pan with some olive oil for a few mins. Whipped up the eggs in a separate bowl then added to the veggies. Heated up the ham in a separate pan for anyone who didn’t want ham. Sliced up the avocado and placed on top of the scramble. Serve and enjoy. It took all but less then 30 mins to make a meal for 4-6 people.

Remember to look for a breakfast that will provide great nutrients for the recovered body from the great night sleep from the night before.
